Job Description - Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: Humana is seeking a motivated and driven Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Keep up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in typing and navigating computer systems - Fluency in English and German is required
