Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Ball in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service - Assist in managing online client accounts and updating customer information in the company database - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and innovative content for online platforms - Support the sales team by following up on potential leads and assisting with online sales processes - Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic personality with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in online client relations or customer service - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong innovation skills to develop creative solutions for client issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with clients
