Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist with online sales transactions, including order processing and payment verification - Monitor customer feedback and reviews on various online platforms - Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement online promotions and campaigns - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with other online client relations tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
