Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate who has at least 4 years of experience in a similar field and possesses excellent decision-making and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online client experience - Meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
