Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations in an online setting. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention in the online space - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns to attract new online clients - Monitor online client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of client relations initiatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online client relations strategy

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client relations, preferably in an online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient attitude and strong work ethic - Creativity and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
