Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate should be confident, independent, adaptable, and have strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Provide support and guidance to clients on PayPal's products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Track and report on client interactions and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong adaptability and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
