Online Client Relations Officer

Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to online client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain relationships with clients through various channels, including email, chat, and social media - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for client acquisition and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to handle difficult client situations with professionalism - Driven and self-motivated to achieve targets and goals - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Experience with CRM software and online client management tools preferred
