Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns through various online communication channels - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless support to clients - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve client issues and conflicts - Adapt to changing circumstances and client needs in a fast-paced environment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated adaptability and negotiation skills - Prior experience in client relations or a related field - Proficiency in online communication platforms and tools - Fluency in English and German is preferred - Eligible to legally work in Switzerland
