Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative at AIG in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client feedback and make proactive recommendations for improvement - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for process improvement - Demonstrate project management skills in coordinating various client-related tasks - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering a positive client experience
