Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

NetApp is seeking an Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance to clients as needed. 3. Troubleshooting any technical issues that clients may encounter. 4. Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently. 5. Updating client information and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and independent worker who can prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluent in English and German.
