Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Hormel Foods is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and promotions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools - Experience in customer service or client relations - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
