Job Description - Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: Devon Energy is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and possess the ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client engagement and retention - Monitor online feedback and reviews, and address any negative feedback in a proactive manner - Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and trends - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online client relations strategies - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns to attract new clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online marketing tactics and social media platforms - Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
