Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer service support to clients via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy information - Ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests - Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues effectively - Deliver a high level of service to maintain client satisfaction and retention - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online client service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and French is required
