Job Description:
Terex is seeking an Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Zurich. The Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to our online customers. This role will require a passionate and reliable individual who is committed to delivering top-notch service and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Assist with online marketing initiatives to drive client engagement and increase online sales - Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Provide support to the sales team and contribute to team goals and objectives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for providing exceptional service and building relationships with clients - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Experience with online sales or e-commerce platforms is a plus - People management skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and German
