Online Client Service Manager

Medartis AG, a leading medical device company based in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.

As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's online client service operations. Your primary duties will include managing the online client service team, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, and resolving any client issues or concerns that may arise. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall client service experience and increase client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong persuasion and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client service operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
