Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


The Franke Group is seeking a talented and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online client services, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and concerns - Monitor key performance metrics and utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize client service operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our online client service remains competitive and innovative - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to promote our services and build strong relationships with clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in client service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients of all levels - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong presentation skills - Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM software - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
