Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and driven Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Prudential Financial in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients through online communication channels - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide seamless service delivery - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and implement solutions - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service role - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
