Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at PG&E Corp. This part-time position is based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth client interactions and resolution of issues - Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve the online client experience - Manage and track client interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery - Work closely with various internal departments to address client concerns and improve overall service offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in online client services or a similar role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
