Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Manager will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our online clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support online clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support to online clients - Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team - Fluency in English and German is required
