Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Client Support Manager to join our team at NGL Energy Partners in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in client support and management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online client support operation, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Lead a team of online support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client support - Handle escalated client issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support and management - Strong research and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and retention - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Fluency in English and German (required)
