Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing online customer support to our clients, managing online client accounts, and ensuring a seamless client experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online inquiries and provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Manage online client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate complex issues as necessary. 5. Monitor online client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience. 6. Create and maintain documentation for online client processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or online client support. 2. Independent and reliable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for client issues. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
