Online Client Support Officer

Jones Financial is seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Geneva. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through chat, email, and phone communication - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and general inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing clients' needs in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide accurate and helpful information to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
