Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Schindler Group in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our clients through various online platforms and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide guidance and assistance to clients on using our online services and products. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate departments. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve and update our online support resources for clients. 7. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Familiarity with online customer support platforms and tools. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 7. Creativity and project management skills. 8. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online software applications.
