Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Mattel in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone - Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback - Assist in maintaining customer databases and records
