Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Exxon Mobil is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This entry-level position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online channels. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, possess excellent planning and problem-solving skills, and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
