Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist


Job Description: As an Online Client Support Specialist at Mammut Sports Group AG, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to online clients. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in processing orders, managing returns and exchanges, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Processing online orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the online shopping experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Adaptability to changing priorities and situations - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
