Job Description:

Unum Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This entry-level position is part-time and does not require any previous experience. As an Online Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through online chat, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online client support experience - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with clients and colleagues - Make informed decisions to prioritize and address client needs effectively
