Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description


Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America is seeking a Part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an Associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and other online communication channels. 2. Assist clients with account management, policy inquiries, and claims processing. 3. Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on outstanding issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products to effectively assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 3. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills. 5. Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations preferred. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
