Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description: Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resilient, confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. As an Online Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and support requests through online chat, email, and social media platforms. - Manage customer accounts, update information, and ensure all interactions are logged accurately. - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools is a plus.
