Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

CenturyLink is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to kick-start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Manage customer accounts and update information accurately. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to internet and phone services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues. 7. Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. 8. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable individual with a passion for helping others. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and online tools. 6.
