Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Kaba Holding AG is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Assistant. This part-time entry-level position will be based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH and will offer the opportunity to grow within our company.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online chat, email, and phone communication - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the contact center - Monitor online channels for any issues or trends and report findings to management - Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling


Requirements: - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential - Energetic and outgoing personality with a positive attitude - Strong leadership skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
