Job Description:
AmerisourceBergen is seeking an Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through various online communication channels, including live chat, email, and social media platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or contact center settings.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide information about products and services, troubleshoot problems, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to a positive and productive working environment by demonstrating strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles. 2. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. 3. Strong people management and cooperation skills to work effectively within a team environment. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. 7. Must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
