Job Description:
Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service or contact center role. The Online Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues through online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery. 4. Conduct research as needed to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the contact center database. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. 7. Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is required. 4. Ability to research and respond to customer inquiries with attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
