Online Contact Center Associate

Frontier Communications is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Associate in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle online inquiries and provide support to customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Use persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Make decisions on how to best address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals - Energetic and positive attitude - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
