Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Computer Sciences is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online contact center. This includes managing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.


In addition to managing the contact center team, you will be responsible for decision-making and project management. You will need to be able to prioritize tasks, set goals, and effectively delegate responsibilities to ensure the success of our contact center operations.


The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to drive the success of the contact center.


Personality traits such as passion and reliability are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to uphold high standards and strive for excellence in all endeavors. Soft skills in decision-making and project management are also key requirements for this position.
