Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Visteon, a leading automotive technology company, is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, have excellent research skills, and possess strong time management abilities.


Responsibilities: - Manage the online contact center operations, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive engagement - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to make informed decisions - Train and mentor contact center staff to enhance performance and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in online contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and related tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
