Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola European Partners in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online contact center setting.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers in navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to find solutions to complex customer problems - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve online customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Work closely with other departments to escalate issues that require further attention


Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and decision-making skills to find solutions to customer problems - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and handle changing priorities
