Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description: As an Online Contact Center Representative at Nucor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via online platforms. Your primary role will be to interact with customers, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, striving to find the best solution for each individual case - Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Persuasion skills to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, entry-level position - Must be legally eligible to work in Switzerland - Fluent in both English and German
