Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

As an Online Contact Center Representative at World Fuel Services in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients around the world. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, as well as a strong drive and motivation to succeed.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries through multiple channels such as email, chat, and phone - Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional languages a plus) - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM systems and other contact center technologies - Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones - Must be driven, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
