Job Description: American Family Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our insurance products and services through online channels. The Online Contact Center Representative should possess a high level of energy and reliability to effectively engage with customers and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms 2. Provide information about insurance policies, claims, and coverage options 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to effectively communicate and problem-solve with customers 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 2. Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 5. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms 6. Creativity and strong decision-making skills 7. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
