Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Representative at Harman International Industries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and providing product information. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist with online marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process customer orders and provide order status updates. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Assist with online marketing initiatives, such as creating social media content and monitoring customer feedback. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online contact center role. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Passionate and energetic personality traits. 7. Ability to cooperate with team members and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions.
