Job Description:
Helvetia Insurance is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online channels including email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and improve service processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools
