Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is looking for an Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH on a part-time basis at an entry-level position. As an Online Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, email, and phone calls -Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner -Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns -Educate customers on our products, promotions, and policies -Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions -Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards -Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: -1 year of experience in customer service or a related field -Reliable and resourceful personality traits -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in using online communication tools -Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
