Online Contact Center Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online customers while representing our company in a professional and confident manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms 2. Providing product information and assisting customers with placing orders 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner 4. Up-selling and cross-selling products to increase sales opportunities 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times 8. Participating in ongoing training and development initiatives

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 2. Energetic and confident personality traits 3. Strong negotiation and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 5. Proficiency in using online chat and email platforms 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
