Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

EOG Resources is seeking a diligent and resourceful Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and detailed information about EOG Resources products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with technical issues related to online services and troubleshoot problems effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. 2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. 5. Strong teamwork and project management skills.
