Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for someone who is resilient and confident, with soft skills in persuasion and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent customer service and support - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Resilient and confident personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and leadership
