Stadler Rail AG is seeking a passionate and driven Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to management when necessary - Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Monitor online reviews and social media feedback, addressing any negative feedback and working to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online customer engagement strategies - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Innovation and strategic planning skills - Experience working in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
