Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a passionate and independent Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online contact channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and support to customers. 3. Assist with order processing and tracking. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Innovative and creative problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in using online contact center software and tools. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
