Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Graybar Electric in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various channels, including chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking attitude, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure - Demonstrated adaptability to changing situations and priorities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluent in English and German
