Online Customer Care Assistant

As an Online Customer Care Assistant at Community Health Systems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duty will be to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via online chat, email, or social media platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by responding to feedback and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers online to provide information about our services and products - Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions - Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable to changing customer needs and business requirements - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with customers online - People management skills to handle difficult customer interactions
